About Us
Since 2002, we have been providing high quality tuition in authentic Tae Kwon Do in Blackburn.
We teach the original Chang Hon system as developed by the founder General Choi Hong Hi.
We are a certified member of the Tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain (TAGB), which is the largest single-style martial arts organisation in the world. We are also affiliated with the British Tae Kwon Do Council, Tae Kwon Do International and the UK Sports Council.
We DO NOT believe image or profit is of higher importance than technical standards.
Far from it.
Our mission is to harmonise the mind, body and spirit of every student by providing the best martial arts tuition available, and in doing so, help to build a more peaceful world one black belt at a time.
We can guarantee the highest standards of training by certified experienced instructors, all of whom have undertaken a specialised instructors course and have full professional indemnity insurance cover and have been audited by the Criminal Records Bureau.
Our instructors work to a carefully constructed, tried-and-tested teaching syllabus to bring you the very best in true Tae Kwon Do instruction.
There is no better validation to these claims than to be a member of the TAGB. The TAGB has over 25,000 accredited members training in over 600 clubs throughout the UK. It is one of the most professional Tae Kwon Do organisations in the world.
In the last few years the TAGB has been involved with health and fitness promotions with such companies as Nestle, Nationwide Building Society, Sainsbury's, Asda and Cardinal Securities, and have also been asked to promote and organise a children's Tae Kwon Do championships at Disneyland Paris resort.
